Where your story is honored and your healing is possible.
If you are reading this, that means that you want (maybe need?) support on your journey. I commend you for looking for help. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up as you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in creating a sense of safety and trust. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth connection where you can talk openly, ask questions, and be yourself. Together, we gently explore what you’ve been through, how that's impacted your life then and now, and how you can move toward your goals.
My primary focus is PTSD and trauma, with expertise in complex, long-term trauma and single-incident traumas such as robbery, assault, sexual violence, and other traumatic events. I also have a special interest in religious trauma (including cults, strict ideologies, and harmful experiences within mainstream faith communities).
I work from a CBT perspective, exploring how trauma impacts your beliefs and ultimately your life. I also recognize that CBT does not work for everyone. I adapt my approach to what works best for you and meets you where you are. If this sounds like it may be a fit for you, please reach out. If not, please know that I wish you peace on your journey.
